"i didn't think I could afford a decent e-bike. I had 2 weeks to opt out at Best Buy, and the SWFT FLEET looked possible. I'm pretty thrilled. When my motor failed, you sent me a new one no problem. It seems to have even more power now. The chain guard was flimsy, but I fixed it and still use it. The kickstand is a little funky, but the important stuff works well. My life is better. Five stars."
