Horrible customer service

"The battery originally started smoking with black smoke with the charger plugged in the wall. I reached out to customer service. It took nearly a month and a half to two months for someone to get back in touch with me. Finally, there was a guy named David Watson, he assured me he will send me a replacement two months later no replacement reached out to him and he said I thought I did it but he didn’t then he said I’ll ship one out today three months later in that timeframe I have emailed him every single day with no response. All I got was a notification of he created a shipment but never shipped it numerous emails after emails. Finally somebody shipped me a battery the battery is still currently in a box. They never sent the charger along with it so the bike is sitting on the side in my garage the batteries in a box and I can’t charge it. I originally asked for the key to the old battery because it was misplaced so the defective battery is still on the bike with no key. I sent the serial number and everything I needed to to get the key replacement and the charger and the battery. The only thing I received was just the battery trying to call somebody with this company is impossible. You send an email you get an automatic reply back and they asked the same questions all the time with no resolution if someone’s willing to help me so I can get this bike back into use. I would greatly appreciate it after writing this review. I will go on social media and write a review also, I am mowing not to write a bad review if somebody can help me efficiently and within a timely manner."

"the 2 batteries gives me more traveling distance . about my bike the seat that came with it is to narrow, it hurt my backside . I replaced it with motorcycle seat and works beautiful."
